Meet Ajai Cammon

Chief Executive Officer

A Wake Forest University graduate with a degree in Health & Exercise Science and a minor in Neuroscience, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Be The Blessing Foundation. This non-profit, serving Washington D.C., Seattle, and New Orleans, reflects Ajai's deep commitment to youth empowerment and community service.
Ajai's vision for the foundation extends beyond its current programs. The ultimate goal is to establish a comprehensive wellness center that caters to individuals across the neurological and physical spectrum. This innovative center aims to provide services beneficial to both neurotypical individuals and those living with neurodevelopmental or physical challenges. By creating an inclusive environment, Ajai seeks to break down barriers in access to wellness services and promote a holistic approach to health and well-being for all community members.
This ambitious project aligns perfectly with Ajai's professional background, which spans clinical-behavior research, healthcare private equity, and mental health care coordination. Currently working as a Care Coordinator at Therapeutic Health Services in Everett, Washington, Ajai has first-hand experience in facilitating coordination between various public health systems to support diverse populations.
Ajai's diverse skill set, developed through roles at organizations like Ally Behavior Centers, Department of Homeland Security and Wake Forest Baptist Health, provides a strong foundation for realizing this vision. By combining healthcare expertise, research acumen, and a passion for community service, Ajai is working towards creating a wellness center that will serve as a model for inclusive, comprehensive care.
Through Be The Blessing Foundation and the future wellness center, Ajai aims to create a lasting impact on communities by providing resources, support, and opportunities for individuals of all abilities to thrive and reach their full potential.

Chief Operating Officer

Jay is a passionate advocate for leveraging technology and collaboration to improve people's lives. With a diverse background spanning corporate business and home improvement, Jay brings a unique perspective to the challenges of sustainability and community development.

Jay's mission is to develop and evolve sustainability by interfacing his knowledge of different sectors. He believes that by bridging the gap between technical expertise and practical application, we can create innovative solutions to some of our most pressing environmental and social challenges.

As a Global Leadership Fellow with Miracle Corners of the World Global, Jay has already begun to apply his skills to combat gentrification and promote economic reform internationally. He is now committed to expanding this work through his non-profit, aiming to create sustainable, technology-driven solutions that make a tangible difference in people's lives.

Through this non-profit, Jay Cammon Jr. aspires to create a platform where technology, business acumen, and community engagement converge to build a more sustainable and equitable future for all.
