BTB has been engaged with DC Youth Employment programming since its inception in 2020. We run annual programs during the summer with DC SYEP and during the school year with the School Year Internship Program. Our goal is to personalize internship experiences for youth to better coordinate youth's pursuit of interest and passions. Each intern is provided the opportunity to shape their internship to the careers and businesses they seek to develop. 

BTB Started its Seattle youth intern program in the summer of 2022 with a partnership with Seattle Youth Employment Program and Washington State University. We will continue to develop these partnerships through effective programming to offer youth exceptional summer experiences.
