Things that I've worked on:

fixing on the website

banners: all the banners on the website are all the time, I think something like notion where we personalize the banner and so each webpage has their own distinctive style and representation to them depending on the subject matter on the page.
better margins: there are lots of inconsistencies which makes the website very hard to follow.
Doesn't follow any of the Accessibility guidelines.
must have same and cohesive Icons that can be the main theme.
doesn't have the ability to go back without having to go to page directrices.
one cohesive font and size of text per each page
some of the Page's texts are extremely long and difficult to read through for some readers, simplifying them into section would keep the attention of the reader.
embedded video links except YouTube video links so directory would be easier to view.
Podcast page can be dark with spa-blue & purple (neon is ok)
Have better access to drop-down pages
