BTB supports youth by connecting them to their interest and helping them build skills that will help them achieve their goals. While we create pathway plans in our internship program, we also pair youth with successful and supportive individuals within their field of interest. Our goal is to create a network where at each stage of development, there is support to help youth overcome obstacles and acquire knowledge that expedites their success. We bring in professionals and partners from diverse backgrounds to connect and share their stories with youth, to inspire our youth to go further than their predecessors.
